Preview API & Playground — Terms of Use

These plain-language terms cover the Omi Preview — the STT Playground on this site and any preview API keys we issue. By using it, you agree to them.

1. It's a preview

The Preview lets you try Omi's medical speech-to-text. It's a beta, evaluation service — we may change, limit, or switch it off as it evolves. Output is an AI-generated draft that can be inaccurate, so check anything important.

2. Fair use

Usage is rate-limited (a per-IP daily cap on the Playground; per-key quotas for the API). Preview keys can be throttled or revoked if needed. Please don't try to bypass limits, resell access, or reverse-engineer the models.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the audio and text you submit. We use it only to run the transcription and return your result — we do not use Preview content to train or evaluate models, and Playground audio is deleted right after transcription (see the Privacy note).

4. For production

For production, clinical, and region-resident deployments — including a DPA/BAA — use Omi Scribe under the Cloud Terms, or email [email protected].
